WFDL?

i have done three things today:
1) i went to the dentist to get an impression for a crown
2) i took the child to the park
3) i joined weight watchers

now, i plan to do one more thing:
go to taco bell for dinner.

sorry. i got nothing.

If your doing WW, you had better bypass the stuffed pasta shells and head straight to the grilled veggies...

my approach to WW isnt to see how much i can eat with my daily points, which seems to be a lot of people's take on it. (yea, countless carrot sticks!!!) i'm more about what quantity of the foods i enjoy that i can have and still be within my daily points. so, pass half of one of those stuffed pasta shells...
